Main Stage

In September 2024, the UN will convene the Summit of the Future to advance the vision of Our Common Agenda based on multilateralism, international cooperation, and global solidarity. Notably, the Zero Draft of the outcome document from this process has limited attention to human health and wellbeing. The format of the session will be an interactive Q+A with global health leaders, exploring progress on health and the SDGs, and opportunities for leadership across our region and globally through the lens of the high-level themes of this WHS Regional Meeting—climate change, geopolitical security and thriving communities.
