Angie Bone is a public health physician and Associate Professor of Practice in Planetary Health at the Monash Sustainable Development Institute. She has over 15 years of policy, operational and research experience on the relationship between the environment, human health and health equity, following several years working in global health. Angie is a former Victorian Deputy Chief Health Officer (environment) and Head of Extreme Events and Health Protection at Public Health England, where she focused on health system policy and planning responses to sustainability and climate change.  She's also a Board Member of Doctors for the Environment Australia.
